Course Description

Developing a High Reliability Organization is a structured and comprehensive one –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. The examining body is Finstock Evarsity College.  A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course. This short-term course is aimed at training you on business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery in order to develop skills and competence in building a highly reliable team and organization. It is designed to cover the five principles that govern high reliability organizations, including preoccupation with failure, resistance to simplification, sensitivity to operations, commitment to resilience, and deterrence to expertise.
