So, if you are intent on having a smooth experience, then here are some of the best practices you can try out.<\/p>\n<h2>1.An end of lease cleaning<\/h2>\n<p>As the name suggests, this involves cleaning of the property upon termination of the lease. Most tenants usually forget this part of moving out. Failing to do an end of lease cleaning can be quite costly, depending on how the landlord operates.
