We are never lonely if we are able to connect. Social media has led us to believe that people can stay alone, minding their peace but deep down we know that no one want to be alone. Growing up, our parent had friends that revolved around us to the point that we ended up considering them as part of the family. This interaction brought to light the notion that family is not only based on blood relation but could be created. Forming connection is a necessity to helping ourselves and others.
