For one to be a good dance instructor, one will need to have a very big passion for dance. You should not confuse loving to dance with passion. This is so essential especially when you are dealing with younger dancers or kids. Also, you have to identify your student’s different abilities to learn and concentrate more on those who learn a little bit slowly in order to catch up with the rest, this means giving them detailed explanations on the parts they find disturbing.
