Having adequate sleep of around 8-9 hours is more beneficial than rereading or cramming texts the whole night. Sleep helps relax your brain to enable it to expand and remember more. Studying the whole night only exacerbate your nerves more.

3.Get to the Exam Room Early

Avoid last minute rush in everything because feeling rush will only amp up the anxiety. Pack everything you need for your exam and be settled in the exam room 30 minutes before your test. Once in the exam room, relax and patiently wait for the paper.
