On the other side of Karate, all the fundamental techniques are trained before hand and then executed in sparring or in a competition.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that emphasizes kicking techniques and is known for its fast, powerful strikes. Karate, on the other hand, is a Japanese martial art that focuses on hand strikes and is known for its fluid, circular movements.
