Peter Kuguru
Peter is an accomplished businessman, industrialist and entrepreneur. He has a proved track record of starting and growing businesses, in addition to devising strategies to survive hostile business and highly competitive environments. He also has overseas work experience including that of being a quality controller for Watties Canneries (New Zealand), production supervisor for Tatura Milk Products (Australia), production supervisor for Myojo Food Industries. He has also worked briefly in Hongkong, Singapore, Germany and England.
He holds multiple academic qualifications. He went to Kagumo Primary, proceeded to Kagumo Secondary School for his O levels, proceeded to Kenyatta College for his A levels. He acquired his Bachelor’s in Technology (Food Technology) from Massey University, New Zealand, and his Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Management University of Africa (MUA). He is currently finalizing a PhD in Leadership and Management from Open University of Tanzania.
He is a professional member of the Institute of Science and Technology (UK), associate member of Institute of Science and Technology (Kenya), professional member of the Institute of Science and Technology (New Zealand). Evans Njoro
Educator. Social Entrepreneur. Enterprise Advisor
Evans is a professional with over 24 years’ experience working in the private sector and with social enterprises. He is a development strategist, planner and communicator for projects focusing on improving the livelihoods of youth and women.
Early in his career he worked in the Enterprise Advisory Services (EAS) section for PricewaterhouseCoopers. EAS covered issues of private sector development for small, micro and medium enterprises, financial services for micro finance institutions dealing with micro and small business finance, policy and regulatory reform and ownership, governance and management best practices. He supported teams of consultants in the management, monitoring, logistics, contracting and reporting for various projects funded by UKAid, USAid, the European Commission and the World Bank.
Since 2002 he has served various social enterprises in Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa, as an executive leader, resulting in celebrated growth and impact. These include executive director for the Nancy Ellen Crooks Foundation; Kenya country director for Digital Opportunity Trust; regional director, Eastern & Southern Africa for Junior Achievement Africa, and; executive director of Junior Achievement Kenya. Key to his success has been the ability to collaborate with teams and boards to manage relationships with the private sector, government and public sector institutions, business networks, academia and civil society as strategic stakeholders to their mission. In 2009 he founded the Futures Infinite Consulting to support social enterprises, start-ups and their teams to be mission compliant. He provides enterprise development, operations support, evaluations, market research, strategy, fundraising and communications, training and skills. Collaborating with like-minded organizations, he serves as an advisor, facilitator, thematic speaker, mentor and coach to emerging entrepreneurs and their enterprises.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, is a certified public accountant, a graduate of the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA; and is an MBA candidate at the African Leadership University, Business School in Rwanda.

John is an experienced economic and business consultant and has wide experience in economic, accounting, auditing and business management issues. Currently pursuing a PhD in Economics (University of Nairobi), and a PhD in Finance (Open University of Tanzania-OUT), he has a Master of Arts in Economics (University of Nairobi), a Bachelors Degree of Commerce (Finance Option-University of Nairobi), a CPA (K) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). As a strategic advisor, Patrick and his team have been instrumental in the strategic transformation of some leading businesses in Kenya. Powered by his skillful leadership and team oversight, some of the businesses have significantly grown their top line performance over a period of time as well as returning impressive cashflows. During his career, he has been a key influencer in the transformation journey of several organizations. Patrick and his team are currently managing the transformation journey of several businesses in Kenya whose combined estimated turnover runs into billions of Kenya shillings.

Joshua Oiro
Mr. Joshua Oiro is an expert in ICT with strong project management, capacity building and team leadership with over 12 years of experience in the ICT4D in the international Development & humanitarian fields. He has vast knowledge in team leadership, Grants management, recruitment, human resource management/ administration in NGO, public and private entities. He is an associate member of the Kenya Institute of management (KIM) and trained in leadership & management in Healthcare (University of Washington). Mr. Oiro has led several curriculum reviews in the ICT field including KASNEB, Mount Kenya University, MUA and The Kenya Institute of Management.
Mr. Oiro has extensive project leadership knowledge having worked as a project director, Chief of party and Deputy chief of party for the USG-CDC funded Kenya Health Management Information systems project from 2010 to 2018. He currently serves as the director, Easy global Ltd, Digital Applications Consultant at the UN –ITU agency and as an independent lead Electronic Medical Records Project Consultant at the International Rescue Committee in Nairobi. He has undertaken numerous consultancies in Project Management Trainings, M&E systems design and a host of trainings in Total quality management (TQM), Data analysis, ICT governance and strategic management.
