Job Description

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and hardworking candidates for Barista and other Hospitality Industry positions. Key Responsibilities

Duties will vary depending on the position assigned and may include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, tea, beverages, snacks and other food items.

• Welcoming guests and providing professional customer service.

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately.

• Serving food and beverages in restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality establishments.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest, dining, kitchen and service areas.

• Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties.

• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms and other accommodation facilities.

• Supporting reception, front-office and guest-service activities where required.

• Following food safety, hygiene, health and workplace safety procedures.

• Handling hospitality equipment, utensils and supplies responsibly.

• Working collaboratively with other hospitality staff to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Performing other hospitality-related duties assigned by the employer.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should be hardworking, presentable, reliable and willing to work in a customer-service environment. Previous experience or training in hospitality, food and beverage service, barista operations, catering, housekeeping, hotel operations, cookery, customer service or related areas may be an advantage.

Candidates should also be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required by the employer.
