Rules and Regulations

Our student's rules and regulations are as stipulated below.

1. Admission and Programme Structure

  • Admission to the programme is confirmed upon payment of the applicable fees.
  • The institution reserves the right to modify the programme structure if necessary to ensure quality and alignment with industry standards.
  • Internally examined courses are intended for professional development and skills enhancement. They do not qualify for formal academic progression or an accredited academic qualification.

2. Course Access and Delivery

  • Students will have access to coursework, assignments, CATs (Continuous Assessment Tests), and some exams through the Finstock Evarsity College E-learning system. Majority of interaction with administration and lecturers will also be conducted via the system or our official WhatsApp numbers and groups.
  • Access to lessons begins once the fees are either fully paid or at least 1/3 of the termly fees are paid.
  • Students must log in using credentials provided via email for system access.

3. Fees Structure

  • Payment must be made in full or in instalments, as agreed upon.
  • Fees once paid are subject to Finstock Evarsity's refund policy. Students must familiarize themselves with the policy for any queries about refunds.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Finstock Evarsity College is committed to safeguarding your personal information. All data provided by students will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal information, including academic records, will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
  • Finstock Evarsity College will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law or for academic verification purposes.
  • Students have the right to request access to their personal data and to correct any inaccuracies.

5. Internships and Attachments

  • Some courses may require an internship or attachment as part of the curriculum. The costs associated with these activities, such as accommodation, transport, and living expenses, are the responsibility of the student and are not included in the course fees.
  • Students must arrange and fund their own accommodation, transport, and daily living expenses during the internship/attachment period.
  • Finstock Evarsity College does not bear responsibility for internship placement but will provide guidance and support for students seeking opportunities.

6. External Examination Costs

  • External examination costs are not included in the course fees unless specified for international courses.
  • Any additional charges for external examinations, attachment fees, including registration and examination fees, are the responsibility of the student.

7. Accommodation, Transport, and Living Expenses

  • For students attending physical examinations, accommodation, transport, and living expenses are not included in the course fees.
  • Students are expected to cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and meals during physical examinations or any other mandatory in-person activities.
  • The institution recommends making arrangements well in advance to ensure smooth participation in any physical requirements of the programme.

8. Programme Classification

  • The course is intended for professional development. It does not provide an academic qualification in the absence of an external examination, but aims to enhance practical skills relevant to the industry.
  • Student will be awarded a certificate of completion upon fulfilling all programme requirements.

9. General Terms

  • Students must comply with all institutional policies and guidelines throughout their course duration.
  • Any changes in the student's enrolment status, such as withdrawal or deferral, should be communicated to Finstock Evarsity College immediately.
  • Students must ensure that all required documentation is submitted timely for course registration and examination processes.
  • The institution reserves the right to amend any rules and regulations, programme details, or schedules as necessary. Students will be notified of any changes via email or the institution's communication platform.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement

  • By signing the admission letter document sent via email or paying the required fees, students agree to adhere to the rules and regulations laid out by Finstock Evarsity College.
