Job Description/Requirements

Functional Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, innovative and brilliant team player to join our team and display a timely, responsive and detailed approach to a customers inquiry 
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS  
  • Display an optimum level of honesty, credibility and accountability required for working in a forward-thinking travel company
  • As a client services manager, you will be responsible for making sure that the minimum amount of time required to respond to inquiries are met
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Excellent phone conversation skills 
  • Able to Manage and Use Whatsapp for business proactively.
  • Ability to respond to emails in a courteous and relevant manner.
  • Able to use  CRM system
  • Keep a log of new and existing customers
  • Book and Issue Domestic and international flight tickets 
  • Monitor and record transactions and payments 
  • Send invoices and receipts as at when due and ensure that all payments are supplied before services are provided.
  • Initiate all our customer service touchpoints by keeping relevant and necessary tabs on clients' trips from when they leave their homes to when they arrive. 
  • Support other teams to ensure brand values are supported at all times.
  • Ability to establish key relationships with hospitality providers and ensure that they deliver services that align with our brand.
  • Manage and coordinate Direct tour packages with groups. 
  • Lead a team of tour guides on tour packages 
  • Represent the brand at key Travel stakeholder meetings and events
  • Work with the marketing team to identify & follow up on sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
  • Respond to client email and Whatsapp inquiries in a timely and relevant manner

Job Specification:

 

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a travel agency and Adequate knowledge of booking and issuing flight tickets.

Key Competencies Requirements: 

  • Functional/ Technical:
  • Good knowledge of Travel
  • Ability to manage and lead people on a tour package 
  • Lively, energetic and welcoming personality
  • Ability to provide great customer service 
  • Highly responsive and Durable Phone and PC

  • N840,000 per annum including taxes. 
  • N10,000 per month Data allowance

Work Cycle:
