Job Description
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for all F&B operations and for delivering an
excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance,
design unique menus, handle customer complaints, creating company policies, and
complying with food and safety regulations. The successful candidate will report to the
Operations Manager and will be based in Nairobi.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
The successful candidate must be excellent in oral and written communication with strong
interpersonal and leadership skills. Must be self-driven, customer oriented, and excellent
time management. Capable of multi-tasking while delivering high quality and timely results
against short deadlines with attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Previous restaurant work experience
• Experience in SAMBA POS
