Job Description
OPERATION MANAGER /AGRICULTURAL OFFICER JG CPSB 09 (1 POST)
REF/MCPSB/365/2022
Terms: Permanent/Contract
Take responsibility for effective management of the supervision, monthly reports and daily
activities of the organization and report to Managing Director.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
i. Should be able to develop work schedules for the workers.
ii. Should be able to supervise all the workers in the Factory.
iii. Should be able to assign duties to the workers.
iv. Will be the liaison between workers and seniors.
v. Will perform any duty assigned by his supervisors.
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
i. Be a Holder of a Degree in Food Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized
institution.
ii. Must have a working experience of at least 5 years in a comparable position.
iii. The ability to plan and implement work schedule.
iv. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
v. Ability to solve dispute among workers.
