QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Hospitality (Catering, Food and Beverage or Hotel Management or related
field)
• 3 years’ working in a similar role.
• A thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering, food &
beverage, and hospitality professions.
• Operational experience in a hotel or hospitality environment at a management level
an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel in remote areas.
