Purpose of the Position

·           The applicant must be able to conduct training to all levels of staff  

Key Performance Areas

·         To co-ordinate all training within First Group Investment Holdings

·         To ensure that training is tailored to meet the requirements for new and existing staff

·         To design, develop and initiate all training modules related to sales of FG products/sales skills

·         To develop where necessary training resources, learning materials, assessments and other

       related tools to meet the above objectives.

·       Deliver training programs to all sales outlets across the country

·         Project management skills  

   Minimum Requirements

·       Relevant certificatediploma

·       At least 2-3 years experience as a trainer or min 5 years sales experience                    

·       MS office and Electronic Mail

·       Experience in hospitality would be an advantage

·      Drivers license essential and must be willing to travel extensively

·      Own vehicle
