Job Title: Volunteer Quality Controller

Purpose of the Voluntary Position
To maintain quality within Numa production plant and along the production process of products marketed by Numa Feeds Ltd

Summary of Position Responsibility:
• As a Volunteer Quality Controller, you will assist in product development, defining and maintaining quality at all levels; incoming raw materials, outgoing products, returned products, along the production process, within storage facilities and hygiene among the production team in line with Numa Feeds policy, guidelines and other relevant quality standards, Maintaining, enforcing and supervising all plant hygiene and sanitation using the standard GHP’s, any other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Qualification and Experience -A Degree or Diploma in; Food Science, Bio-chemistry, Agribusiness, or any other related field.-At least 1year experience in grain handling or milling in a big and reputable organization.

• Strong knowledge in store management especially managing stock records
• Knowledgeable in food safety principles and quality audit
• Ability to interpret chemical, microbiological and physical results, carry out data analysis.

• Ready to work under pressure and be results oriented
