Course Description
CERTIFICATE IN SOLAR INSTALLATION, WIRING AND MAINTENANCE
Course overview
Certificate in solar installation wiring and maintenance (CSIWM) is offered as an 8 months course examined by FINSTOCK EVARSITY COLLEGE. A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of this course.
This is a skill-oriented course in the study of solar photovoltaic (PV) cells, modules, and system components; electrical circuits; PV system design and sizing for use on homes, commercial building etc., understanding energy conversion from sunlight to electricity, and working with solar conversion equipment. This Course will give students the book knowledge and hands on experience needed to become entrepreneur / self employed.
What is the minimum grade required to do a certificate in solar installation wiring and maintenance?
In order to enroll and study in certificate in solar installation wiring and maintenance, a student should have a minimum of D- in their KCSE exams.
