COURIER DELIVERY

We are looking for reliable and physically fit male couriers to join our delivery team in Romania. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering packages, documents, and small goods within assigned routes. The role requires punctuality, basic navigation skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect parcels, food orders, or documents from warehouses, restaurants, or distribution centers.

• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.

• Load and unload items safely from delivery vehicles (bicycle, scooter, or van as provided).

• Verify delivery addresses and obtain recipient signatures or proof of delivery.

• Handle cash on delivery (COD) transactions if required, and remit collections to the office.

• Report any delivery issues, delays, or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain basic cleanliness and minor maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.

• Follow all Romanian traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

• Communicate with dispatchers and customers in basic English to resolve delivery queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10th standard pass (secondary school certificate).

• Basic English communication skills (speaking and understanding).

• Age between 22 and 45 years.

• Physically fit to walk, stand, lift, and carry packages (up to 15–20 kg).

• Valid driving license (if a motor vehicle is used; bicycle/scooter may not require a license, but employer will specify).

• Clean criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate required).

• No previous serious traffic violations (preferred).

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day (overtime as per Romania labor law).

• Probation Period: 90 days from date of entry into Romania.

• Annual Leave: As per Romania labor law (minimum 20 working days per year).

• Accommodation: Provided by employer.

• Food Allowance: Provided by employer.

• Medical Insurance: Provided by employer.

• Transportation: Self (to/from work; local public transport or bicycle may be used).

• Uniform & Safety Materials: Provided by employer.

• Temporary Resident Card (TRC): Provided by employer.

• Visa & Air Ticket: Provided by employer (joining and return).

• Service Gratuity & Leave Pay: As per Romania labor law.

• Contract Renewal: At employer’s discretion after 2 years.
