CROATIA EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME

Available Positions:

1. Construction Worker – EUR 1,250 net/month

• Assist with building and construction projects
• Prepare construction materials
• Perform general construction work
• Assist skilled tradespeople
• Use basic construction tools
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred
• Physically fit
• Ability to work outdoors
• Basic construction knowledge
• Safety awareness

2. Construction Assistant – EUR 1,150 net/month

• Assist skilled workers
• Carry and prepare materials
• Prepare tools
• Clean work areas
• Support construction preparation and finishing activities

Requirements:

• Construction experience preferred
• Physically fit
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions

3. Warehouse Worker – EUR 1,200 net/month

• Receive and organise goods
• Load and unload deliveries
• Pick and pack orders
• Check quantities and product condition
• Prepare goods for dispatch
• Maintain warehouse organisation

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good physical condition
• Ability to lift and move goods
• Basic organisation skills
• Ability to work shifts

4. Warehouse/Loading Assistant – EUR 1,150 net/month

• Load and unload trucks
• Move products inside the warehouse
• Prepare shipments
• Assist warehouse workers
• Organise storage areas
• Follow warehouse safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
• Physically fit
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team

5. General Labourer – EUR 1,100 net/month

• Perform general manual work
• Assist construction or warehouse teams
• Load and unload materials
• Clean and organise work areas
• Support daily operations

Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Reliable and hardworking
• Ability to follow instructions
• Previous manual work experience is an advantage

General Programme Information:

• Locations: Split / Rijeka
• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: EUR 1,100–1,250 net per month depending on position.
