Finstock Evarsity College is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Attaché to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising, and lead generation while supporting the college's marketing and student recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote college courses and programmes.
3. Assist in designing promotional materials, posters, and social media graphics using Canva or other design tools.
4. Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities to improve the college's online visibility.
5. Assist in managing online inquiries and following up on prospective student leads.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing opportunities.
7. Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other online communication campaigns.
8. Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
9. Assist in creating short promotional videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
10. Prepare regular reports on assigned digital marketing activities and performance.
11. Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, graphic design, or video editing will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or online advertising will be an added advantage.
• Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• No previous work experience is required.
