DENTIST / DENTAL SURGEON

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join a leading multi-specialty hospital group in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for providing high-quality general dental care to a diverse patient population.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.

2. Carry out a wide range of general dental procedures including restorative work (fillings, crowns, bridges), routine and surgical extractions, root canal treatments, and scaling/polishing.

3. Design, fabricate, and fit dental prosthetics such as dentures.

4. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance.

5. Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential electronic medical records for all patients.

6. Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other medical professionals within the clinic.

7. Adhere strictly to the hospital’s infection control, health, and safety protocols.

8. Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities as required.

Requirements & Licensing

• Primary Qualification: BDS/DDS from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Current Licensure: Must hold a valid Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) license in good standing.

• Licensing Pathway: Candidate must be eligible to sit for the Saudi Prometric Exam and subsequent Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration. Guidance will be provided.

• Experience: Proven track record of 3+ years in a busy clinical/hospital setting post-internship.

• Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Basic Arabic is an advantage but not required.

• Medical Tests: Successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical fitness test as mandated by Saudi visa authorities.

• Documents: Updated CV, Passport Copy, Academic & Professional Certificates, Professional Reference Letters, Passport-size Photographs.
