Job description

Maintain office work areas, meeting rooms and communal spaces outside normal business hours.

Main Duties:
• Vacuum, mop and maintain designated floor areas.
• Wipe desks and shared surfaces under site instructions.
• Clean washrooms and staff kitchen areas.
• Empty bins and replenish agreed consumables.
• Observe access rules and report maintenance issues.

Candidate Requirements:
• Care around office equipment and confidential material.
• Ability to work independently to a cleaning schedule.
• Consistent attendance and basic reporting skills.
