Job Description

Production Helper / Factory Labourer – Slovenia

We are recruiting Production Helpers / Factory Labourers for employment opportunities in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Main Duties:

• Assist with daily production activities.
• Support machine operators and production staff.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare materials for the production line.
• Pack, sort and label finished products.
• Move materials and products within the factory.
• Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks.
• Check products for visible defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules and workplace instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Use basic production equipment and tools after receiving appropriate instruction.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production staff.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the production operation.

Requirements:

• Valid passport.
• Physically fit and capable of performing factory duties.
• Willingness to work full-time and shifts.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow workplace instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• No specific university or professional qualification required.
• Previous factory, warehouse, production or manual-work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Clean criminal record and other documents required for the employment and immigration process.

Salary: EUR 1,000 net per month.
