Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in assigned specialty units (Medical, Surgical, ICU, ER, Paediatrics, or Theatre).

Adhere to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) standards and hospital protocols.

Collaborate with a multicultural team of healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records using the hospital’s HMIS system.

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma (KMTC) or BSc in Nursing.

License: Valid license from Nursing Council of Kenya and SCFHS eligibility (assistance provided).

Experience: Minimum 2 years post-registration in a hospital. Specialized experience preferred.

Language: Fluent English (IELTS not always mandatory). Arabic is an advantage.

Documents: Must provide NCK Good Standing Certificate and Police Clearance.
