Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on NMC Code.

Work within a multidisciplinary team in NHS hospital wards or community settings.

Administer medications safely and manage patient caseloads.

Supervise junior staff and nursing students.

Participate in clinical audits and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Requirements:

Qualification: KCSE (C+ and above) and KMTC Diploma/BSc.

License: Valid NMC UK PIN is mandatory (We can guide on CBT/OSCE if not yet complete).

Experience: Minimum 6 months post-registration experience.

Language: IELTS (7.0) or OET (B) as required by NMC.

Documents: NCK Good Standing, Police Clearance, and academic transcripts for NMC.
