Course Description:

The Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP) Part 2 Section 4, examined by the Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB), is a 4-month advanced program designed to strengthen the strategic, analytical, and people-focused capabilities of HR practitioners. This section emphasizes performance optimization, talent support, and evidence-based HR decision-making. It equips learners with the tools to measure productivity, guide employees through structured coaching and mentoring, and apply research methodologies to address workplace challenges.

KCSE minimum grade C+ and above Or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business- related Diploma from a recognized Examining body.

A bachelor Degree in any specialization from a recognized university.
