Course Description

Performance Management is a comprehensive one –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. This course is for anyone who would like better performance management skills, either for work or for life in general. It is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage individuals and team performance as well as performance systems in order to transform organizational objectives into performance outcomes. Performance management course will train you how to identify, measure and develop the performance of individuals and teams and align their performance with the strategic objectives of your organisations.
