Course Description

  1. The aim of Communication Strategies course is to provide you will an in-depth understanding of the impact of communication skills on customers. Through hand-on practice and exercises, this courseware will cover valuable topics, such as elements and principles of communication, the communication process, personal communication styles, listening skills, written communication, choosing the right communication tool, presentations, identifying your communication strength and growth area, preparing and presenting a short presentation, developing and practicing key listening skills, clear and informative written communication, and basic negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  4. After taking this course, you will be confident and empowered with knowledge, skills and abilities to develop written, non-verbal and technical communication skills required in meetings, group discussion, interviews and presentations, develop interpersonal and business communication skills, including communicating more effectively and with greater awareness in both personal and business environment, and heighten your awareness of the function and value of communication.
