BARBER / HAIR STYLIST

We are seeking a skilled and creative Barber/Hair Stylist for immediate placement in high-end salons and grooming lounges in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a passion for trend-setting styles, and outstanding customer service to cater to an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of hair services including precision cutting, styling, classic and modern shaving, beard grooming, coloring, and hair treatments for male and/or female clients.

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desires and recommend suitable styles and products.

• Maintain the highest standards of salon hygiene, including strict sterilization of all tools and equipment after each client.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for hair care products and premium services.

• Assist in managing salon inventory and ensuring the work station is clean, stocked, and organized.

• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products in the global fashion industry.

• Provide a luxurious and professional client experience to ensure repeat business and build a personal client portfolio.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certified professional with a valid diploma in hairdressing/barbering.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on salon experience with a verifiable portfolio of work.

• Proficiency in modern haircuts (fades, tapers), straight razor shaves, coloring techniques, and chemical treatments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.

• Must pass a mandatory medical fitness test for visa processing.

• Must be prepared to undergo a practical trade test (in-person or via recorded video) as part of the recruitment process.
