Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical installations.

Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare reports on equipment conditions and maintenance activities.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Operate and monitor BMS (Building Management Systems) and CMMS for work order management.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO).

Supervise and coordinate external contractors and service providers.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts inventory, and equipment logs.

Support energy conservation initiatives and utility management.

Perform minor civil and carpentry works as required.

Assist in the preparation of technical reports and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage for GCC roles.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Computer literacy (MS Office, CMMS software).

Valid driving license is preferred.

Team player with the ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.
