Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support / Network Administrator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems. You will play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing servers, and supporting our cybersecurity initiatives.

?"? Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Helpdesk

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues (hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices).

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access rights, and hardware setup.

2. Network & System Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto).

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/VPN).

  • Administer servers running Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP.

3. Security & Maintenance

  • Apply security patches, updates, and antivirus solutions to protect against vulnerabilities.

  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place and tested.

  • Assist in monitoring for security breaches and participate in IT compliance audits.

4. IT Asset & Vendor Management

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including software licenses and hardware.

  • Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and service contracts.

5. Documentation & Projects

  • Create and update technical documentation, network diagrams, and user guides.

  • Participate in IT infrastructure projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migration (AWS/Azure), or office relocations.

?"? Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or network administration.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server environments.

    • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) administration.

    • Familiarity with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.

    • Hands-on experience with firewalls and switches is a strong advantage.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical staff.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
