MOTORBIKE RIDER / COURIER DELIVERY DRIVER

We are seeking experienced, safety-conscious, and reliable Motorbike Riders to join our dynamic delivery teams in the Gulf region. You will be the face of our company, ensuring timely and secure delivery of food and e-commerce parcels to customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely and efficiently pick up, transport, and deliver items to customers within designated time frames.

2. Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and smartphone applications.

3. Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately and maintain proper records.

4. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.

5. Perform daily pre-ride inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned company motorcycle.

6. Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, regulations, and company safety protocols.

7. Report any delivery issues, accidents, or traffic violations to the dispatcher immediately.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. A valid Kenyan motorcycle driver’s license (Class A) and an International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience as a dispatch rider, courier, or food delivery rider.

3. Clean riding record with no major traffic offenses.

4. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

5. Proficiency in using smartphones, GPS apps (Google Maps), and communication tools (WhatsApp).

6. Good command of basic English (spoken and written).

7. Must pass the mandatory pre-employment and host-country medical tests (including drug screening).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with food delivery apps (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo) or e-commerce platforms.

• Familiarity with the road networks of the hiring city.

• Knowledge of basic motorcycle maintenance.
