Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join a dynamic outpatient musculoskeletal team at a leading NHS Trust in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients, while also providing mentorship to junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Deliver high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and trust standards.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and assistants.

Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and clinical audit activities.
Essential Requirements:

A recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.

Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – or eligibility to register.

Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus in musculoskeletal/outpatient settings.

Proven ability to manage a complex caseload independently.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Valid IELTS certificate with a score of 7.0+ (or OET equivalent) if you are a non-UK trained applicant.
Desirable Skills:

Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Post-graduate training in areas such as acupuncture, sports therapy, or injection therapy.

Experience working within the NHS or a similar public health system.
