Job Description
We are seeking diligent and physically fit individuals to join our retail team as E-Pickers/Retail Assistants. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing online grocery orders in a fast-paced supermarket environment, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process online customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Accurately pick items from shelves and storage areas according to digital order lists.

Check product quality, expiry dates, and freshness before packing.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during delivery.
-
Label, sort, and hand over orders to dispatch/delivery personnel.

Assist with stock replenishment, shelf organization, and inventory counts.

Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Provide support on the shop floor, including customer assistance and cashier backup when required.

Meet daily picking targets while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements:

KCSE Certificate (D+ or above).

1-2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, warehouse, or order picking.

Age: 21–35 years.

Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).

Physically able to stand for long hours and lift items up to 20 kg.

Familiarity with handheld scanners or digital devices is preferred.

Good attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
