Greetings, This is to express my gratitude for completion of this short certificate course in Insurance Fraud Risk Managament at Finstock Evarsity College. The course was very informative and delivered in a way that was very enganging, memorable due to the video clips shared, clear and consise. I enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The 8 learing lessons are well organized and focused on pratical situation in fraud risk management. The exams and assingment also provided me with opportunity to evealuate myself on what I had learned. I look forward doing other courses at Finstock Evarsity college and I have recommend others to take up courses already at the college. Allow me to commend the course administrators (Teresia & Esther) for the support they give me on all the technical challenges I encountered and prompt feeback on my equiries, without forgetting director(s) of the college for my admission, the trainers and examiners. Once again Thankyou all. Yours sincerely, DICKSON GITONGA NJIRU
