A review for Finstock Varsity's gym instructor course I recently completed the gym instructor course at Finstock Varsity and had a positive experience overall. The course content was comprehensive, covering key topics such as anatomy, exercise programming, and client management. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, providing practical insights and guidance throughout the program. One aspect that stood out was the emphasis on hands-on training, which allowed me to develop practical skills in a gym environment. Additionally, the course offered good flexibility with online modules complementing in-person sessions, making it accessible and convenient for learning. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The scheduling of practical sessions could have been more structured to accommodate different student availabilities, and the course materials could have been more interactive and engaging. Overall, I would recommend Finstock Varsity's gym instructor course for those looking to start a career in fitness. With a few adjustments, this course has the potential to be even more impactful for aspiring gym instructors. Worm Regards Victor omata
