PORTUGAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMME

Finstock Talent Recruitment Agency Limited is recruiting candidates for full-time employment opportunities in Portugal, with positions available in Lisbon and the Lisbon region.

Contract: 12 months, renewable
Salary: EUR 870–900 per month

Available Positions:

1. Warehouse Worker – Lisbon

• Loading and unloading goods
• Packing customer orders
• Organising warehouse stock
• Inventory support
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness

2. Food Production Worker – Lisbon

• Preparing and packaging food products
• Product inspection and quality checks
• Following hygiene and food safety procedures
• Line cleaning and sanitation support

3. Hotel Housekeeping Assistant – Lisbon

• Cleaning guest rooms
• Changing bed linen
• Replacing guest amenities
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Maintaining high hygiene standards

4. Agricultural Worker – Lisbon Region

• Planting, cultivation and harvesting
• Irrigation and general farm maintenance
• Produce handling and packing
• Performing other duties assigned by the employer

General Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 21–45 years
• Valid passport
• Physically fit for the assigned duties
• Previous relevant experience is an advantage
• Basic English communication skills where required
• Willingness to work shifts or outdoors depending on the position
• Ability to follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures
• Good personal hygiene and professional conduct
