Job Description
We are seeking physically fit and reliable warehouse helpers to join our logistics team in Romania. You will assist in loading, unloading, sorting, and moving goods within the warehouse. The role requires basic English communication, the ability to follow safety procedures, and a willingness to work flexible shifts (8–12 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery trucks, containers, and pallets manually or using basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck).

Sort, label, and store incoming goods in designated storage areas according to company procedures.

Pick and pack orders for outbound shipments accurately, ensuring correct quantities and items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and storage racks.

Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

Operate basic warehouse tools safely, following all health and safety guidelines.

Follow instructions from warehouse managers and coordinate with other team members.

Comply with Romanian labor laws regarding working hours, overtime, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 8th standard pass (middle school certificate).

Basic English communication skills (ability to understand simple verbal and written instructions).

Age between 22 and 50 years (both male and female applicants accepted).

Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 20–25 kg repeatedly).

No criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate required).

Prior warehouse or labor experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
