Course Description

Managing Across culture is a comprehensive one –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. The examining body is Finstock Evarsity College.  A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course. This short-term course is aimed at training you to identify and apply the skills, insights and abilities to effectively work and manage across cultures. It is designed to provide you with an understanding of the impact on and importance of cultural context, value, norms and institutions for management, business relationships, communication and negotiation. Moreover, the Finstock Evarsity MAC course helps you to be aware of the richness of diversity and plurality across cultures. You will examine the role of cross-cultural communication, the role of dialogue and how culture influences management practices.

What is the Entry Requirement to Study Managing Across Cultures

To enroll and study the Managing across cultures Training Course, a student should have a minimum of D Minus (D-) in their KCSE exams.
