Course Description
Diversity Training in the Work Place is a structured and comprehensive one –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. The examining body is Finstock Evarsity College. A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course. This short-term course is aimed at training you to identify and apply the skills, insights and instructions to manage and promote equality in your workplace. It is designed to help you create diversity and inclusion training programs and a culture aimed at addressing prejudices and biases within a work place.
