Course Description

Negotiation Skills for Results is a comprehensive one –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. The examining body is Finstock Evarsity College.  A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course. This course is designed give you an understanding of the interpersonal skills and techniques of influence, factors and processes that supports and contribute to the development of effective negotiation strategies and tactics, resolution of issues and management of conflict in a variety of contexts and situation. Additionally, you will learn how to develop a negotiation plan, how and when to use different negotiation styles, key steps and factors in the negotiation process, understanding your audience, managing diverse perspective, baggage and agendas, exploring differences and reaching consensus, and dealing with difficult people and people under stress. Ultimately, this course will give you the confidence to be a successful negotiator and an opportunity to practise your skill through timely feedback, learning to communicate feelings and effective communication, self-awareness, assertiveness skill, personal power and influencing skills, effective listening techniques, use of nonverbal communication, facilitation and workshop techniques and tools.
