Course Description

Human Resource Training for the Non-Human Resource Manager is a structured, comprehensive three –month online human resource course offered by Finstock Evarsity College. The examining body is Finstock Evarsity College.  A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course. The training is designed to show Non-HR managers how to work with and through people to achieve business results through development and optimum use of people at work.  By equipping Non-HR managers with knowledge, competence, good people management skills and appropriate attitude,  this short-term course is aimed at guiding non-human resource managers and supervisor on how to effective manage people working under them. It will cover everything from the hiring process to termination process, performing a skill such as inventory to conducting interviews, conducting orientation to planning training as well as issues that arise after the hiring such as diversity and inclusion, compensation and discipline.
